The Estonian Logistics and Freight Forwarding Association (ELEA) and Tallinn University of Applied Sciences have collaborated to produce the Freight Forwarder’s Handbook.
The Handbook is an electronic book and its revision and updating is an ongoing activity.
The Handbook covers the vast majority of freight forwarding topics. The electronic form allows it to be linked to other databases in the field, such as the Riigi Teataja, the Estonian Tax and Customs Board database, etc. This allows the freight forwarder to find almost all professional information in one place.
