FIATA FWB is, similarly to the FIATA FBL, a forwarder’s document. Freight forwarders issuing the FWB assume the forwarder’s liability similarly to using the FIATA FBL document. The main difference between the FIATA FBL and the FIATA FWB is that the FBL enables the delivery of goods to the original submitter of the bill of lading, while, in the case of FWB, the goods are delivered to the person indicated as the recipient.
